Dear parents/ carers,
RE. COVID 19- Closing
With great sadness we are writing to you and informing you that Tamba Day Nursery will not be opening on Monday 23rd March until further notice.
We have taken into consideration the demand for childcare, the advice from the Government and the safety of our children, parents and dedicated team. In addition, it has proven difficult to facilitate what is required to open the nursery, such as food supplies. Additionally, many staff are taking precaution and are self-isolating.
We understand that this will be inconvenient for some, as some of you will be required to go to work. However, we have made the decision we feel is the safest for all. Any necessary communication between the nursery and parents should be dealt with via email and we will do our upmost to respond as quickly as possible.
As per our terms and conditions, the current situation does not affect payment of fees. We understand how this may be a concern however, as a nursery we solely rely on fees to run. The Government are offering support in light of the virus and we are asking parents who can afford to do so to pay towards their fee’s and those who cannot we do understand and any contribution will be appreciated.
We hope to see you all in the near future and hope you and your family remain well during these tough times.
We will continue to update parents/ carers where required. This will be through the nursery website (www.tamba-daynursery.co.uk), Tamba App and Blossom.
